03AI & Automation in practice
What happens when a patient writes.
Sunday · 21:15 · InstagramFirst message
Hello. I've been saving photos of noses on Instagram for two years. Can the doctor make mine look exactly like this one?
Thank you for sending it, it tells us a lot about what you like. To be honest with you: no surgeon can copy a nose from a photo. Your face, your skin and your bone structure decide what will look natural on you.
The doctor talks about exactly this in a two-minute video: what a rhinoplasty can do, and what it can't. A lot of patients tell us it was what they needed to hear first.
▶ What a rhinoplasty can't do · 2:04That's actually reassuring. The other clinics just sent me a price.
At the consultation the doctor will look at your face with you and tell you what's realistic, even if the answer is that you don't need surgery. Would one of these suit you?

Answers like your best coordinator. At 3am.
Trained on your clinic's information (procedures in general, location, opening hours, how consultations work) and connected to your calendar. When a question is medical, it hands over.
Automated follow-up
Every enquiry, followed up until it books or says no.
Built once, running every day. Your team only steps in when a patient needs a person.
- 00:00:00 A patient asks about a procedureOn your website, WhatsApp or Instagram, at any hour.
- 00:00:04 Instant, accurate replyIn their language, from information you approved.
- 00:00:05 Added to your CRMName, procedure, source and next step. Your team is notified.
- + 2 min A video from youYour own film about the procedure, sent automatically.
- + 1 day The questions they'll haveRecovery, preparation, what the consultation looks like.
- + 3 days A gentle reminderWith a booking link. Stops the moment they reply.
- Booked Consultation in the diaryConfirmation and reminders go out. Nobody lifted a finger.
- After A review requestPersonal and well-timed, after the consultation or treatment.
After surgery
Nobody goes home and feels alone.
Patients judge you as much on the weeks after surgery as on the result. A care plan you write once reaches every patient at the right moment, and the moment something sounds wrong, a person picks up.
- Day 0 Going homeYour written instructions, the on-call number and a short video from you about the first days. Sent the evening of surgery
- Day 1 How was the first night?Three quick questions: pain from 1 to 10, sleep, anything that worries them. A worrying answer alerts your team
- Day 3 What's normal nowThe swelling and bruising every patient asks about, explained in your words. The day most night-time messages arrive
- Day 7 Before the check-upAppointment reminder, what to bring, and a note to write their questions down. Confirms or reschedules in one tap
- Day 14 Two weeksA check-in, and the next steps from your protocol: walking, work, the garment. Your protocol, not the AI's
- Day 30 One monthHow it should feel by now, and when your team says sport can start again. Check-in
- Day 90 Three monthsA short question: how happy are you? If the answer is good, a Google review request. If not, a call from your team. Reviews only from happy patients
- Month 6 Your resultAn appointment for result photos, with consent, for their file and, if they agree, for your website. With consent
- Every message is written or approved by your team. The AI only adapts wording and language.
- Fever, heavy bleeding, sudden pain, trouble breathing: the AI never handles these. They alert a person immediately.
- Your team sees every conversation in one place and can take over at any moment.
- No on-call nurse? Alerts go to whoever you choose, with a callback time you can really keep.
What our AI never does.
- Never gives medical advice
Anything clinical goes straight to you or your team.
- Never pretends to be human
Patients always know, and can reach a person at any moment.
- Never says what you haven't approved
It only uses information and templates you've signed off.
- Never collects more than it needs
The minimum to help the patient, with consent.

AI & Automation: questions
Will the assistant give medical advice?
Never. It answers practical questions (procedures in general, location, availability, how consultations work) and hands over to your team for anything medical.
Will patients know they're talking to AI?
Yes. We always make it clear, and a real person can take over at any moment.
What about patient data and privacy?
We design every system to collect only what's needed, with consent, and to keep access limited to the people on your team who need it.
Do I have to change the tools I use?
Not necessarily. We connect what you already have where we can (WhatsApp, website forms, calendar, email) and add a CRM only if you need one.
Is this the same as an AI Avatar?
No. An AI Avatar is a small, optional production tool: a digital version of you for extra videos. AI & automation is about answering, organising and following up with patients.
