A brand patientsremember and trust.
Medical branding for plastic surgeons, aesthetic doctors and clinics: positioning, identity and one clear message, so every channel tells the same story.
01Why it matters
Patients can't judge your technique. They judge what they can see: your name, your face, your words, your website. All of it should say the same thing.
- a /
You look different on every channel, and nobody remembers which one is you.
- b /
Your website talks like a brochure. Your patients talk like people.
- c /
Competitors with less experience look more established online.

Brand & Strategy: questions
Do I need a personal brand or a clinic brand?
Often both, with different jobs. Patients usually choose a surgeon first, so your personal brand carries the trust; the clinic brand carries the experience. We define how the two work together.
I already have a logo. Do we start from zero?
No. We audit what you have and keep what works. Sometimes a brand only needs a clear message and consistent photography, not a new logo.
Isn't branding just design?
No. Most of the work is deciding what you want to be known for and saying it simply. Design comes after, so it has something to express.
Can you work alongside my current agency?
Yes. We deliver guidelines and assets any team can follow, although most doctors end up asking us to run everything in one place.
Can you name a new clinic?
Yes. Naming is part of clinic branding when it's needed: a shortlist, domain and social handle checks, and how the name sounds in the languages your patients speak.
